Since 2009, Revolutions Bar & Grill has served Manitowoc with the loudest booze and burgers in town. “Revs” serves creative American dishes & drinks with a spin. All our food is homemade, made-to-order & served with a side of sass. 

Husband and wife tandem Dana & Debbie Rohr have dazzled diners with their creative menu featuring specialty burgers, house made mac & cheese, and classic American sides with a twist.  The vibrant bar scene is "home base" for locals and never fails to play your favorite song.
